c5a470eee1 refactor: Drop CCoinControl::SetNull (João Barbosa)

Pull request description:

  The only external call to `SetNull` is changed as follow

  - m_coin_control->SetNull();
  + m_coin_control = std::make_unique<CCoinControl>();
  ```
