You can toggle between previous (standard) and new (generation) strategy at PerformanceMemory_p.html.
The generation memory strategy is implemented with the objective of running more robust
but with the cost of early stopping some tasks (eg. dht) while running low on memory.
This new strategy does respect the generational way a heap is organized on most used jvms.
These changes run fine on my 3 peers for weeks now, but as I'm human, I may fail.
Please be carefull using generation memory strategy and report errors by naming
OS, jvm and java_args.

- the search request cache can now get as large as 1000 entries
- if more entries arrive, unused are deleted
- the elements may stay in the cache up to 10 minutes and longer if they are used
- the elements are deleted earlier that 10 minutes if the memory gets low
This commit was mainly done for metager-feeding peers that have a query load of 50000 queries each day. Also added:
- a monitor for cache hit/cache miss in PerformanceMemory_p.html (see at bottom of page)

- added a analysis method that counts bytes that could be saved in case the new HandleMap can be applied in the most efficient way. Look for the log messages beginning with "HeapReader saturation": in most cases we could save about 30% RAM!
- removed the old FlexTable database structure. It was not used any more.
- removed memory statistics in PerformanceMemory about flex tables and node caches (node caches were used by Tree Tables, which are also not used any more)
- add a stub for a steering of navigation functions. That should help to switch off naviagtion computation in cases where it is not demanded by a client

This data structure replaces almost all files in the PLASMA directory
also the collection.index and the LURL-db will be created as Eco-DB, if it does not exist before
existing Flex-databases will be used as they are (the is no data lost)
If you want to force the creation of a Eco-collection.index, simply delete the old index.
The Eco file system will only be used if there is enough memory.
The collection.index RAM limit is 200MB, if you have less, a flex-Table is createt.

If you don't use the default skin, the style will be broken or at least not complete.
YaCy now has two css-files: base.css in htroot/env and the skin. In base.css the layout and black/white text-formating-rules are defined. Colors are only defined in the skin.
The skin is now very easy to read and to change. If you want to make more changes than the colors you see in the default-skin, feel free to use the full power of css, but you are warned: The code is still not ready and may change, but we try to avoid changes which affect anything in the default-style.
Translation will be broken too because the language-files contain HTML-Code which has changed.

this was done because testing showed that cache-delete operations
slowed down record access most, even more that actual IO operations.
Cache-delete operations appeared when entries were shifted from low-priority
positions to high-priority positions. During a fill of x entries to a database,
x/2 delete situation happen which caused two or more delete operations.
removing the cache control means that these delete operations are not
necessary any more, but it is more difficult to decide which cache elements
shall be removed in case that the cache is full. There is not yet a stable
solution for this case, but the advantage of a faster cache is more important
that the flush problem.
