Most links in Network.html are only available with transparent proxy = on, which is switched off by default,
to make the provided links useable in default setup a small forward servlet added (goto_p.java),
which takes the peer hash as parameter and forwards to current public ip (optional with path= parameter).
The servlet is protected ( _p ending) to assure forwarding works only for authorized YaCy users.
- adopted all YaCy administration pages to new framework
- created new search page layout (working, but still work in progress)
- old skin files are fully appliable! (and looking good)
- target is a new style based on bootstrap examples, see /test.html
- icons in YaCy may be replaced by glyphicons (to be done)
- no document search this time
- adjusted banner and network to not show 'WORDS' but DHT Chunks. This
is to avoid confusion for robinson peers which do not create Word

this was never used and extended in the last years. The resulting YBR ranking criteria
is still a good idea and will be used in the future. Possible generation methods for YBR
ranking are:
- "trust-rank" using the link structure as can be discovered in a single crawl (idea from FSCONS)
- "block-rank" calculated from the local link structure
- a distributed "block-rank" using the xml API to the link structure from other peers

- added number of online peers at the last day and the last week
- changed design of statistic table
- network picture now shows exactly those peers that are counted in the statistic overview for one day
