Just append "YACY_" to uppercase version of environment variables and
replace all "." with "_".

To use that feature, set an environment variable with prefix "yacy." and
suffix identical to the yacy configuration attribute name.
Additionaly we implemented a way to set a peer name using the setting
"network.unit.agent". This can therefore now be used to set a peer name
with the java call parameter
-Dyacy.network.unit.agent=anonymous
The purpose for this feature is the ability to set peer names in
mass-deployed kubernetes clusters to the same name to prevent that we
are flooding peer name statistics with auto-deployment-generated names.
Added also an example for one of the existing APIs. The problem is the
comma separator between objects which must not be there for the last
entry in a sequence. The new syntax adds the separator symbol
automatically.
Previously search navigators/facets elements were sorted only by counts.
Now from the ConfigSearchPage_p.html admin page, sort direction
(ascending/descending) and type (on counts or labels) can be customized
independently for each navigator.

Required for proper operation when the default system locale is Turkish,
as dottless and dotted i characters have specific case conversion rules
in this language.
Especially for Turkish speaking users using "tr" as their system default
locale : strings for technical stuff (URLs, tag names, constants...)
must not be lower cased with the default locale, as 'I' doesn't becomes
'i' like in other locales such as "en", but becomes 'ı'.
Also add when possible a warning level log message on input stream

UrlProxyServlet splits url in parts to pass it on as parameter and
HeaderFramework constructs a url from param parts. This is obsolete if

htroot is a supposed to be a subfolder of appPath and not of dataPath,
as assumed in other places where htroot is loaded. This issue was not
visible when dataPath and appPath are equals.
If language is set to "browser" the client/user browser language is used to choose from
available translation.
simply: one users browser speaks English -> YaCy responds in English, other users browser speaks French -> YaCy responds in French.
! To make a translation/language available you have to activate the language once !

The client language is determined by http header Accept-Language (checked in DefaultServlet)
use directly HttpServletRequest. This is used to get the http protocol version
