provided by the user-agent.
* yacy crawls local domains also, if no password is set (the interface is already protected)
* it's not required anymore, to set a password in intranet mode

- access is granted for localhost users to administration pages by default
- the default setting can be changed in the BasicConfig.html page
- if the BasicConfig page was accessed with post and no password was submitted, a random password is generated
- a headless installation MUST give a password upon first call of the configuration page, otherwise they will not be able to access it again
- if no password is given within 10 minutes after start-up, a random password is generated

- the network configuration page shows a new option: robinson clusters
- when a global search is made, all robinson peers are excluded, but:
- robinson peers/clusters that provide peer tags and where search words match
such tags, they are included in global search. Therefore, robinson peers/clusters
support the global yacy network with their indexes, without doin DHT-exchange
