MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit Following a suggestion in the comments, changed `ValidateCheckInputsForAllFlags` from testing all possible flag combinations to testing a random subset.
