From dea8d21fc63e9f442299c97010e4740558f4f037 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Mark Friedenbach Date: Wed, 3 Jun 2015 15:01:47 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] Enable policy enforcing GetMedianTimePast as the end point of lock-time constraints Transactions are not allowed in the memory pool or selected for inclusion in a block until their lock times exceed chainActive.Tip()->GetMedianTimePast().
