78f06e4af7 Migrate gitian-build.sh to python (Chun Kuan Lee)

Pull request description:

  Fixes #13620
  - Rename Mac OSX to MacOS, rename option from 'x' to 'm'
  - Fix a bug from b641f60425/contrib/gitian-build.sh (L338-L342)
