orbiter 5195c94838 two patches for performance enhancements of the index handover process from documents to the index cache: ... - one word prototype is generated for each document, that is re-used when a specific word is stored. - the index cache uses now ByteArray objects to reference to the RWI instead of byte[]. This enhances access to the the map that stores the cache.
