This is necessary when you want to attach to a dedicated external Solr
server protected with basic http authentication and requested over https
but having only a self-signed certificate.
- ensure use of HTTP POST method : HTTP GET should only be used for
information retrieval and not to perform server side effect operations
(see HTTP standard https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7231#section-4.2.1)
- a transaction token is now required for these administrative form
submissions to ensure the request can not be included in an external
site and performed silently/by mistake by the user browser
- adopted all YaCy administration pages to new framework
- created new search page layout (working, but still work in progress)
- old skin files are fully appliable! (and looking good)
- target is a new style based on bootstrap examples, see /test.html
- icons in YaCy may be replaced by glyphicons (to be done)
introduced, it was also used for search facets. The generic search
facets are now deduced from generic solr fields which makes jena as tool
for facet semantics superfluous.
It is now possible to assign every peer other YaCy peers as remote solr
server which are only used for read operations during search. This also
affects crawling: it will exclude urls from crawls which exist on remote
solr/remote YaCy peers.
because it's normal that a boolean value is missing in the post argument
if a checkbox is not selected.
Added also some style enhancements to IndexFederated, removed the Solr
attachment manual and replaced it with a link to the wiki which explains
this in more detail.

also moved portalsearch-dev to yacy-portalsearch to be able to fix
problems with new attachment to solr of the search widget
multiple solr cores instead of just one. Therefore it is now necessary
to distuingish between solr server connections (called an 'Instance')
and a connection to a single solr core. One Instance may now have
multiple connector classes assigned to it, each connecting to a single
core.
To support multiple cores it is also necessary to distinguish between
the connection configuration and the configuration of the index schema.
We will have multiple schema configurations in the future, each for
every solr core. This caused that the IndexFederated servlet had to be
split into two parts, the new Servlet for the Schema editor is now in
the IndexSchema Servlet.

Metadata coordinate (lat / lon) NumberFormatException still relative often (see excerpt below),
- added try/catch for URIMetadataRow (seems not to be needed in URIMetaDataNode, as Solr internally checks for number format)
- removed possible typ conversion for lat() / lon() comparison with 0.0f, changed to 0.0 (leaving it to the compiler/optimizer to choose number format)

This intermediate release 1.041 will switch on the previously optional
solr index and the old metadata-db will still work as it did before.
Solr+metadata are accessed in mixed mode, no migration is done yet.
If this causes not a catastrophe until the end of the weekend, we will
do a YaCy 1.1 main release containing this as default.
