Matt Corallo	ba206d2c63	Deprecate confusing blockmaxsize, fix getmininginfo output ... * This removes block-size-limiting code in favor of GBT clients doing the limiting themselves (if at all). * -blockmaxsize is deprecated and only used to calculate an implied blockmaxweight, addressing confusion from multiple users. * getmininginfo's currentblocksize return value was returning garbage values, and has been removed, also removing a GetSerializeSize call in some block generation inner loops and potentially addressing some performance edge cases.	7 years ago

This should have been included in #11077 - commit 2 separates `add_node()` from `start_node()` as originally discussed here: https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/10556#discussion_r121161453 with @kallewoof . John Newbery	5448a1471d	[tests] don't override __init__() in individual tests ... Almost all test scripts currently need to override the __init__() method. When they do that they need to call into super().__init__() as the base class does some generic initialization. This commit makes the base class __init__() call into set_test_params() method. Individual test cases can override set_test_params() to setup their test parameters.	7 years ago
