build: Print `CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER_ARG1` in summary

When `-DCMAKE_CXX_COMPILER='clang++;-stdlib=libc++;-m32'` is provided,
`-stdlib=libc++ -m32` flags are printed in the summary now.
