git clone https://github.com/RobertCNelson/netinstall
cd netinstall
sudo ./mk_mmc.sh --mmc /dev/sdX --dtb <dev board> --distro <distro>

To List all Options: use: sudo ./mk_mmc.sh --mmc /dev/sdX --dtb all
